The Winter Blues Jazz Fest is the creation of Williamsburg, VA business owners Steve Rose of Williamsburg Event Rentals, Jennifer Raines of Quirks of Art, and Chef David Everett of Blue Talon Bistro.
Steve’s vast experience in event production and Jennifer’s love and knowledge of music have combined to create this annual event. Chef David Everett serves as the event's culinary partner and consultant.
This is one heck of a team, and their wealth of knowledge in producing quality events, along with their goal of giving back to the community, is going to help make this one amazing weekend.
